The Climate Change Committee, at its assembly of 13 December, will discuss the main options of a imminent amendment to the Regulation governing the registry infrastructure underpinning the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). However, the European Commission may not be presenting any formal proposal at this assembly. An extra regulatory replace shall be revealed tomorrow summarising the talk and subsequent steps.
