A person was once arrested for abusing and thrashing a vegetable dealer in south-east Delhi for now not appearing his identification card, the police mentioned.
A one-minute-long video of the incident close to Badarpur was once shared extensively on social media.
It displays the accused, Praveen Babbar, tough from a vegetable dealer his identification card. When the seller identifies himself as Mohammad Saleem, the person abuses him and beats him as neatly and threatens him not to input the locality with out an identification card.
The police mentioned they’re investigating the subject.
Senior police officer RP Meena mentioned the cyber cellular noticed a bike with a Delhi registration quantity within the video and traced the automobile proprietor, Sudhanshu, a resident of Molarband.
