Does anyone spice their caramelized onions? : AskCulinary

I’ve eight quarts of sliced onions, and because I will be able to’t use all of it sooner than they move unhealthy I figured I’d caramelize them and provides parts out to my pals. I used to be questioning if anyone has any concepts to zhuzh them up, like with a touch of balsamic vinegar or including some roughly spice to it whilst it chefs low and gradual on a range best.
