Is it possible to make a sorbet/gelato out of carbonated drinks where the carbonation is retained? : AskCulinary

I’ve some non-alcoholic sparking cider and grape juice left over from the vacations, and it were given me questioning if there was once a method to make a sort of sorbet where that carbonation remained after freezing and serving? I do know that the dissolved CO2 “likes” the less warm temperatures of the liquid, however I did not know if there have been different components wanted to stay it from simply freezing cast as a rock.

I do have one of the ones frozen bowl sort ice cream makers – possibly I must simply pour some in that and provides it a shot?
