I used to be taking into consideration doing a lasagne dish with tomato sauce, cheese and mince, but layering starchy potatoes in lieu of pasta. I would like it to set even though another way it’s simply going to be a casserole.
I do know prime starch potatos like to soak up moisture but I have no idea to what ratio to be expecting vs pasta. I do know the potatos can be lovely cushy when accomplished which is ok.
Bonus if I will be able to are compatible different greens in there.
What do you suppose? Is there already a dish like this which I have no idea the identify of?
