I baked a cake the day prior to this! wrapped the layers in plastic wrap, and stored them within the freezer for a couple of hours. Later that day I frosted the cake and stored it within the freezer for some time to set. I put it within the refrigerator final evening and it’s been within the refrigerator many of the day. About an hour in the past I took it out of the refrigerator and put it at the counter. Now it’s sweating and has water drops in all places. I’ve a fan blowing within the kitchen to with a bit of luck assist nevertheless it hasn’t looked as if it would do a lot. I nonetheless want to put a ganache drip at the cake too. How can I save the cake to ensure the frosting isn’t ruined and when must I do the drip? Someone is selecting the cake up the following day morning. Thanks!
