An important percentage of monitor 1 ERUs issued via non-EU Parties to the Kyoto Protocol had been marked as pending/ineligible whilst the Commission labored with 3rd Parties and the UNFCCC’s International Transaction Log to download the whole knowledge relating to ERUs issued prior to 2013. The information has now been supplied for ERUs issued via all 3rd Parties and the status of ERUs issued prior to 2013 will probably be modified from pending/ineligible to eligible within the Union registry right through the downtime on 21 November.
