This is one of my favorite recipes, and it most often seems nice. However, just lately I foolishly purchased an enormous bag of Calrose medium grain rice, and I need to undergo it prior to I purchase any longer rice. Thing is, Calrose chefs in a different way than the roughly long-grain rice this recipe calls for.
